I am currently serving on the board of The Jacksonville Association of Exercise and Nutrition Professionals a local non-profit with a mandate of empowering exercise and nutrition professionals living in North Florida and providing exercise and nutrition support for underserved populations in North Florida. We have set up a very important local showing of “What the Health” This movie explores powerful systemic challenges that make it difficult to eat healthy. We will have a panel of local nutrition experts who will help us to better understand healthy eating.
