James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, the comedian who was killed in the weekend crash in New Jersey that left Tracy Morgan and two others in critical condition, will be laid to rest on Thursday.
The 63-year-old comic, who was a close friend and mentor to Morgan, died when their limo bus was was struck by a tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His funeral will be held in his hometown of Peekskill, New York. Morgan, meanwhile, remains in the hospital with several injuries, including broken ribs, a broken nose, a broken leg and a broken femur. (The Journal News)
