- The mask rules in open-air venues can be tricky. For example, you're allowed to take your mask down to eat or drink, which is what he said he was doing.
- At the time, Trey said something like the cop had it out for him.
- Next time just keep the mask on and avoid the hassle.
TMZ reports that Jackson County, Missouri prosecutors declined to file charges due to insufficient evidence. Back in January, Trey got in trouble at a Kansas City Chiefs game when he refused to wear a mask inside Arrowhead Stadium. He was initially charged with trespassing and resisting arrest, as well as assaulting a police officer.
Video footage of the incident showed Trey throwing a punch at the officer.
