IN BLANKSTARE NEWS: AIRLINES SUSPEND ALCOHOL SALES THROUGH SUMMER

Southwest and American Airlines are extending their suspensions of alcoholic beverages to in-flight passengers, thanks to a rise in passengers behaving badly.

Alcohol sales, which were put on hold to minimize interaction between crew and passengers, will now stay suspended until September 13th. (HuffPost)

This is why we can’t have nice things, people.

Hopefully, everyone can be peaceful ... civil ... human ... and things can truly get back to “normal.”

Running a profitable airline is tough. It’s a tough business. The companies definitely want to sell alcohol. There’s money to be made. To shut it down shows just how poorly passengers are behaving.
