Halle Bailey--not to be confused with Halle Berry is the singer who is cast as Ariel in the live action of The Little Mermaid.

The trailer dropped last week and reached an unfortunate milestone of 1 million dislikes and the comment section is filled with racist remarks.

In good news it has racked up 14 million views in 4 days.

Typically, a trailer gets 625,000 dislikes so this is considered above normal.

While there are racist comments others are asking, 'what's the big deal? It's not like The Little Mermaid is based on real and actual accounts'
