Weezy announced plans for the Welcome To Tha Carter Tour on Tuesday. The 28-city run kicks off on April 4th in Minneapolis at The Fillmore, and wraps up about six weeks later in Los Angeles at The Wiltern. The U.S. tour includes a stop at the historic Apollo Theater on April 6th.
