The winner of the record $2 billion Powerball jackpot is reportedly living the life that most of us would expect a sudden billionaire to live. Edwin Castro of California purchased the winning ticket three months ago but finally claimed his prize last month, opting for the lump sum payout of $997.6 million. Since then, Castro has purchased a $25 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills, and then recently followed that up with the purchase of a second home -- a $4 million house in Altadena, California, just a short distance away from the gas station where he bought the Powerball ticket.
