It should come as no surprise, but 18- to 29-year-olds love their jobs less than older folks. In a new Pew Research poll, just 44% report being “extremely” or “very” satisfied at work. 51% of 30- to 49-year-olds and 55% of 50- to 64-year-olds say the same. The two biggest issues should be no surprise, either. Just 31% of young people are satisfied with their pay and their opportunities for advancement. On the bright side, 65% get along well with their colleagues, and 61% like their boss.
