Whoa, Nelly! Ashanti and Nelly have officially welcomed their first child into the world.
On Wednesday, she took to Instagram to post a carousel of photos showing off her post-birth body. In the caption, she wrote, “Funny how life’s plans aren’t…always on time… lol. I’ve been waiting to be a mom for a long time now but nothing could prepare me for EVERYTHING [that] motherhood brings.” On the same day, People ran a story that announced their son, Kareem Kenkaide Haynes, was born on July 18th.
