A new WalletHub survey looked at money and relationships and turned up some interesting stats:

  • Nearly 1 in 3 people believe that sharing a financial account leads to more money problems rather than preventing them.

  • More than 2 in 3 people believe that sharing financial accounts can help them catch a cheating partner.
  •  
  • 75% share at least one bank account with a partner.
  •  
  • 45% believe couple should only combine finances after marriage.
