  • Any names coming to mind, either from hip-hop or Hollywood?
  • If they're struggling to find the right guy for the job, maybe it's time to consider an open casting call -- the search for Young Snoop!
  • This sounds like a potential dream job. Like that time Snoop was hiring for a professional blunt roller a couple of years back.
  • I'm just glad he knew his own limitations and resisted the urge to do what Scorsese did with The Irishman where they aged Robert De Niro down by several decades.
  • There's at least one professional Snoop Dogg impersonator out there.

We already know that Snoop Dogg’s life story is coming to the big screen as part of a new biopic. The big question is: who is gonna play the D-O-Double-G?

Entertainment Tonight recently caught up with Uncle Snoop, to get an update on the project, which will be written by Black Panther: Wakanda Forever co-writer Joe Robert Cole and directed by Menace II Society and Dead Presidents filmmaker Allen Hughes. Still in development, Snoop is currently looking for the lead actor who will portray his younger self. Snoop explained, “I’m looking for somebody who can embody the spirit when I was that young, rough around the edges — trying to discover who I was, and that to me is going to be a phenomenal actor.”
