Some stuff to know about Super Bowl 59 – Philadelphia Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs:
- Kickoff - Sunday, February 9th at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Location - Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, home to the Saints
- TV - Fox will carry the traditional broadcast on TV.
- Streaming - In partnership with Fox Sports, Tubi will also stream the game live in 4K, for free, on select devices. A live stream is also available for mobile devices on the NFL+ app.
- Announcers - Kevin Burkhardt (play-by-play), Tom Brady (color commentary), Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi (sideline reporting), and Mike Pereira (rules analysis).
- Pregame Coverage - Begins at 1:00 a.m. Eastern time on Fox, giving us five-and-a-half hours of pregame coverage. If that’s not enough, the NFL Network is starting their pregame stuff at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
- National Anthem - Jon Batiste will perform the pregame national anthem, while Ledisi will sing "Lift Every Voice and Sing." (Gambling note: The Over/Under total is set at 120.5 seconds.)
- Halftime Show - Kendrick Lamar will headline the halftime show.
- The Game - It’s all about the Chiefs attempting to win a third straight Super Bowl for the first time in NFL history -- and about the Eagles trying to stop the Chiefs from making this history.
- Hiding In Plain Sight - While reportedly “desperate not to be the center of attention at the Super Bowl,” Taylor Swift will be in attendance again -- and will very likely be the center of attention.
