Hope Chapel Ministries Hosts Annual Family Conference Focused on Health, Wealth, and Community Wellness
Hope Chapel Ministries is proud to announce its annual Family Conference with the theme "The Journey Continues! Navigating Community Resources on Our Journey to Health, Wealth, and Community Wellness." The conference will take place on October 11-12, 2024, and will be held at Esprit de Corps Center for Learning Auditorium and Gymnasium, 9840 Wagner Road, Jacksonville, FL 32219.
This year marks over 30 years of hosting these conferences, with a renewed focus on bringing critical resources to Jacksonville's families. The conference aims to empower attendees to improve their physical, financial, and spiritual well-being by providing access to essential resources and educational opportunities.
A key feature of the event will be a free non-profit community fair, showcasing the work of local organizations dedicated to supporting the community in areas such as healthcare, housing assistance, mental health, financial literacy, and more. The fair, open to all attendees, will run on Saturday, October 12, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the EDC Auditorium and Gymnasium, giving participants the opportunity to connect with non-profits providing free services throughout Jacksonville.
“Our goal with this conference is to help people navigate the wide range of resources available in our city to support their journey to health and wellness," said Pastor Michael Bolden, Senior Pastor of Hope Chapel Ministries. "We’re excited to bring together key organizations that are ready to serve families in our community.”
In addition to the non-profit fair, the conference will feature general sessions on healthy living, financial management, and navigating the rapidly changing social and political environment. Notably, experts will discuss how cutting-edge technology, like artificial intelligence, can enhance daily life in areas such as education, transportation, and sustainable energy.
Event Highlights:
• Friday, October 11: General sessions focusing on healthy eating, juicing, and navigating societal changes from a biblical perspective.
• Saturday, October 12: Vendor and non-profit community fair featuring over 40 vendors offering free resources and services.
• Sessions and Workshops on financial literacy, estate planning, mental health awareness, and technology's role in daily life.
The Family Conference is open to the entire community. Registration is $60, which includes conference materials, lunch, and access to all general sessions. However, the non-profit fair is free of charge and welcomes everyone from the Jacksonville area.
