Jana Kramer nailed her performance on Dancing With the Stars this week, when she and her partner Gleb Savchenko performed an Argentinean Tango. It was so hot that the duo had to cool off in an on-stage shower afterwords. All of the judges, including guest star Pitbull, were totally wowed by the routine, awarding the duo with a perfect score of 40 out of 40.
