Lupe Fiasco is attempting to make an entire album in just 24 hours.

Fiasco announced his ambitious project on Twitter early Monday morning (August 9), saying he had already completed one song. The "Battle Scars" rapper said he hasn't done a project like this since late-rapper Stack Bundles was alive, according to HipHopDX.

"Finna do an album from scratch in 24 hours..." he wrote. "1 song in... 9 to go... Last time I did this Stack was alive..."

Throughout the course of the day, he has also been keeping his fans informed on the progress he has made, last updating around 8:30 a.m. ET that he had seven more to go.

According to HipHopDX, Fiasco hasn't revealed any more information about the 24-hour project, like the album title, any guest features, or if he even plans to release it, but he recently rapped about the sound of his future project on an instrumental version of Kendrick Lamar's "Sing About Me, I'm Dying of Thirst."

"My next album's gon' sound like it's drill music in Zion," he rapped during his "Forest Fires" freestyle.

As of Monday afternoon, there's been no word if the album he referred to in the song is the new project.
