Florida leads the nation in fentanyl deaths, with Broward and Palm Beach counties first and second in the number of deaths related to the drug. The Florida Medical Examiners Commission says fentanyl caused 5-thousand-300-deaths in 2020, that's a 63-percent increase from the year before.
