Lightning Fall In Minnesota For Third Straight Loss

The Minnesota Wild (36-16-10) defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning (38-17-4) 5-1 on Tuesday night in St. Paul, Minnesota. With the loss, the Lightning have now dropped their last three games.

Trailing 2-0 in the second period, Nikita Kucherov scored the only goal of the game for Tampa Bay. Kirill Kaprizov scored became the Wild's all-time leader in goals when he scored in the winning effort for Minnesota.

The Lightning now travel to Winnipeg and will play the Jets on Thursday night. Puck drop between the Lightning and Jets is scheduled for 8:00 PM on Thursday night.
