Tyler Perry is set to be honored at the sixth annual Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards.
The award show spotlights celebrities from across the entertainment and media industries who've made an impact on Black culture.
Perry will be presented with the Innovator Award, which is given to someone who "transformed a specific genre of the entertainment industry" and salutes their "longevity and consistency in their field."
The ceremony takes place on June 5th.
