Rapper Rick Ross' arraignment on domestic violence charges has been pushed back. His attorney, Brad Hornstein, says the Miami-Dade County prosecutors' request to delay the case until next Friday is good news.
Ross, whose real name is William Roberts, was booked on battery and battery by strangulation charges stemming from an alleged incident with his girlfriend at his Miami Beach home back in August.
He denies the allegations.
