Health and Fitness Inequality Moment 2.11.1978

The history of racial injustice has impacted the health of minorities in the U.S. My goal is to share that history with the help of the Equal Justice Initiative. The only way we can improve health care disparities and access to healthy food and is to acknowledge our past.

On February 11, 1978:  Members of the American Indian Movement begin "The Longest Walk," a five month march from Alcatraz Island to Washington, D.C., to protest anti-indian legislation pending in Congress.  You won't believe what happened!

Acknowledging our past mistakes help us to make better choices in the future.  If you want help with your 2017 fitness transformation Dr. Fitness and Set Performance can show you what modifications you need to create your best body ever... text your name and email address to register for the 2017 Fitness Re-SET!  March 4th at 11:30 am.  Space is limited for this free event, registration is required. It's time for some new habits!
