The Weekend Workout is back and better then ever. Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals while providing a fun, social workout. Our advice is this: Just show up. During this mental health awareness month out weekend workout on Saturday May 26th, 11:30am-1pm. You will learn how to ease stress with better boundaries and improver your lower body conditioning.
