We are 15 days into our 20-day No-Sugar Challenge. Most of you are doing so well, Iâd like to make it a little more challenging for the last 5 days.Â
More challenging?? âŚ. Yup!
Our No-Sugar Challenge has focused on sweet sugar.  A lot of people donât realize other foods, that arenât necessarily sweet, contain sugar such as bread, popcorn, pasta, rice, and potatoes.Â
During our last 5 days, weâre going to also eliminate bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes from our No-Sugar Challenge. Have you noticed itâs easier to eat larger portions of the unsweet sugar than it is to eat sweet sugar?
