BEWARE OF THE SUGAR THAT’S NOT SWEET!
We are 15 days into our 20-day No-Sugar Challenge. Most of you are doing so well, I’d like to make it a little more challenging for the last 5 days.
More challenging?? …. Yup!
Our No-Sugar Challenge has focused on sweet sugar. A lot of people don’t realize other foods, that aren’t necessarily sweet, contain sugar such as bread, popcorn, pasta, rice, and potatoes.
During our last 5 days, we’re going to also eliminate bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes from our No-Sugar Challenge. Have you noticed it’s easier to eat larger portions of the unsweet sugar than it is to eat sweet sugar?
You’re invited to share your No -Sugar Challenge experience with me on Zoom. Your challenges and successes will help many other self-described sugar addicts.
