People can be really picky, when it comes to steak. My all-time favorite for grilling 4th of July is the ribeye. I'm on a keto style meal plan and the ribeye is fatty aka full of flavor. Since it is full of flavor DO NOT MARINADE. Steak right out of the fridge will cook unevenly. Set yours out at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
Ribeye
Thick, beautiful and marbled(fatty) it's tender and has a rich buttery flavor. This prized cut is an expensive selection. Some people trim excess fat before grilling to avoid flare-ups.
Average Cook time:5 to 7 minutes per side for medium.
