The Phoenix Arts District is hosting a morning of Community Fitness on November 16th! Dr. Fitness from Age Well Fitness will be leading a special Seniors’ Chair Exercise session from 11 AM to 12 PM. This workout is perfect for our 55+ community, focusing on mobility, strength, and enjoying movement in a supportive atmosphere.
