School's out for the summer in Miami-Dade, but the Superintendent is already preparing for the next academic year. Dr. Jose Dotres says it will be a challenge as they face federal and state funding shortages. But he says they will use grants to ensure students do not feel the pinch and can continue getting free and reduced breakfast and lunch as well as other special services.
