Winter Haven, FL - Legoland Florida has announced a new space-themed attraction set to open in 2026. The attraction will feature the park's first indoor roller coaster and a variety of other interactive experiences.

The centerpiece of the new area is an indoor roller coaster, which will take guests on a LEGO-inspired space adventure.

The ride will launch from LEGOLAND SPACEPORT 885, named after one of the original LEGO Space Scooter sets.

This indoor coaster is the first of its kind at the Florida park.

In addition to the coaster, the attraction will include an Orbital Outpost, a themed retail shop offering space-themed LEGO sets and memorabilia.

A story-driven queue area will engage visitors before the ride, with a covered space for guests to prepare for launch in all weather conditions.

For young children, a DUPLO TOT Spot will provide a play area designed for ages 1-4.

This area will feature DUPLO bricks, vehicles, and characters for children to explore.

There will also be seating available for accompanying adults.

The space-themed experience will be included with general park admission and annual passes.

Legoland Florida officials stated that further details, such as ride names and the official opening date, will be shared closer to the attraction’s launch in early 2026.

Legoland Florida Resort, which opened in 2011, covers 150 acres and features more than 50 rides and attractions.

The park attracts approximately 1.6 million visitors annually.
