Ludacris gave big to a Miami high school.
His Ludacris Foundation teamed up with StubHub’s #TicketForward initiative to donate $75,000 worth of music instruments to the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School. Ludacris praised the school’s musical program and its participants: “You can feel the energy. You can feel how much love there is in this room not only for their band director and their band teacher, but surprising them and giving them $75,000 worth of equipment, which is obviously something great to boost confidence. It feels phenomenal. It feels great.”
Luda even went the extra mile and hooked the school’s band director up with a pair of tickets to the Super Bowl. (Black Enterprise)
