- He has a point.
- There's definitely a double standard here.
- The things both groups have in common is being selfish and thinking about themselves before considering others.
- Part of the problem is people are feeling "COVID fatigue" after staying cooped up for the past year. That plus cheap flights to hot spots like Miami is a recipe for disaster.
- Don't be surprised if these Spring Break parties turn into the next super-spreader event
Plies has some words of wisdom for all spring breakers in Miami.
Party people have flocked to Florida this month to celebrate in the warm weather. Things have gotten so crowded and rowdy that it’s become nearly impossible to enforce things like social distancing or wearing masks. Over the weekend, the mayor even instituted an emergency curfew.
Florida resident Plies tweeted out, “Dear Miami Spring Breakers: Be Careful. Just remember you will not get the same nice treatment they gave the rioters at The Capitol on January 6th. They view y’all [as] more dangerous!” A little later on Sunday afternoon, Plies added, “I Just Seen On The News Law Enforcement Tackling & Body Slamming Spring Breakers In Miami. But Ain’t Seen One Body Slam In DC When They Stormed The Capitol!!!”
