New music from artists while their behind bars is always fire. They have nothing but time to write and create.

Free Lucci! He's innocent until proven guilty.

They've really been cracking down in the courts on celebrity's with troublesome pasts.

His fans are suffering, but his children, family and friends have it much worse.

The Atlanta rapper took to social media yesterday (Thursday), updating fans on the status of his case since surrendering to authorities on racketeering charges. The 30-year-old said, "Thank you all for your prayers and continued support. I am still incarcerated right now, but am maintaining my innocence."

He's also facing felony murder and assault charges in connection with the shooting death of one of his associates, James Adams, last year.

Lucci did share some good news. "To all my fans who have continued to show love and support, I'll have some new music and content on the way!" (Revolt)
