It was even worse than silence -- some people were actually laughing.
Talk about a dead crowd.
You've gotta wonder if they called an audible and decided to cut things short.
Khaled is more of an entertainer than a performer. He feeds off the energy he gets from the crowd.
Khaled's laughing all the way to the bank.
Khaled lasted less than a minute in the ring at Atlantic City’s Showboat Hotel and Casino, where he was hyping up the crowd between celebrity boxing matches. As soon as he stepped between the ropes, Khaled started rapping to his hit song “All I Do Is Win,” expecting some crowd participation by the hundreds in attendance.
Despite his energy, all he was getting back was crickets. Even Drake couldn’t help but laugh at the lack of crowd response, posting a trio of laughing-crying faces and the word “epic” on a clip of the performance.
