It's easy to convict him in the court of public opinion, but he still gets his day in court.
I'm guessing he doesn't have a lot of support from his family, either.
If he really does have mental health problems, I hope he gets the help he needs -- behind bars.
Frederick Rooks was shot to death in Georgia on January 21st, and Silento was arrested in February. He's facing one count of malice murder, one count of felony murder, one count of aggravated assault and one count of gun possession during the commission of a felony.
His legal team says he's suffering from mental issues, but he's still being held without bond. (TMZ)
