There have been plenty of studies over the years about the Sunday Blues or “Sunday Scaries” – that feeling of dread or anxiety you have on Sunday about the reality of Monday and the work or school week ahead. But apparently, it’s gotten worse during the pandemic. A LinkedIn survey revealed that 66% of respondents felt anxious or stressed on Sunday. And 41% said the COVID-19 pandemic has either caused the Sunday Scaries or made them worse. And it seems it's worse for young adults. The survey found that Millennials and Gen Z were the most impacted by the Sunday Scaries, with 78% of that age group saying they experienced stress on Sundays. (Healthline)
