Basically all you have to do to become a Universal Life Church minister is fill out an application and pay them a few bucks. But not every state recognizes the ULC.
It's safe to assume he won't be performing many same-sex rites.
I wonder if Boosie would walk out if a couple walked down the aisle to a Lil' Nas X song.
What kind of church would ordain someone with Boosie's history?

Believe it or not, the Baton Rouge rapper is now officially an ordained minister, and he put out the word via social media that he's open for wedding business. He tweeted out a photo of his license, which the Universal Life Church made out under his real name, Terence Hatch. He said, “If you want Boosie to marry you, I got my [bleeping] license… Y’all holla at me."
Boosie also said his rates ranged from $75 to $100,000, but didn't explain the difference between the cheap ceremony and the high-end one.
