This isn't the first time she deactivated. Back in 2019, she turned her accounts off after backlash for her Grammy win for "Bodak Yellow."
The entitlement on social media is just too much.

Cardi B has deleted her social media accounts after getting tired of being hounded over not attending the Grammys.
Despite her nomination for “Up,” Bardi opted to stay home on Sunday night. This move didn’t sit well with some folks on social media, who went as far as attacking Cardi’s family. Before deactivating her Twitter and Instagram, she tweeted, “I’m deleting my Twitter but on God I hate this dumbass fan base. You got the slow dumbasses dragging my kids all cause y’all thought I was going to the Grammys and I didn’t the… ? When the [hell] I hinted I was going? Just stupid, I can’t…. I needs to protect myself.”
