The alleged gunman in the Buffalo mass shooting that killed 10 and injured three has been indicted.
A grand jury has handed up a single first-degree murder indictment against 18-year-old Payton Gendron, though more indictments are sure to come. Gendron is accused of opening fire inside a supermarket in a racially motivated spree.
In addition to pending murder charges, local and federal officials are investigating possible hate crimes. (Yahoo)
