Fans of McDonald's apple pies shed a lot of tears when the chain shut down the fryers and started baking the dessert back in 1992. But there's one location in the continental U.S. that hasn't changed its ways and still serves its pies deep-fried. The restaurant, located in Downey, California, is one of the first-ever Mickey D's, dating back to 1953, and still has the old red and white tile design, as well. For the record, if you ever find yourself in Hawaii, you can get the fried pies there as well.
