Wiz joked about the situation on Twitter, where he wrote, “Three [guys] with Pooh Shiesty masks tried to run up in my crib while I was on stage.”
TeeRoy's 2 Cents:
- Forget about “Black and Yellow,” if Wiz’s security catches them, they’re about to be black and blue!
- It worked out better than in 2018, when Wiz and his team were unable to prevent a robbery at home.
- Considering the value of the property itself -- $7 million plus -- it makes sense that he’d want to protect his assets.
Wiz Khalifa’s place was a target for some would-be-crooks over the weekend.
The bad guys noticed a window of opportunity when Wiz Khalifa was out of town on his High School Reunion tour. So when he was over 2000 miles away, in Detroit, they struck -- or at least tried to. TMZ reports that three men tried to gain access using a side gate. But Wiz’s security staff was on the job, and doing what they get paid to do. A witness says as soon as they saw Wiz’s security bolting towards the burglars, all three guys fled.
