There are rumblings that Hov is mulling over a major purchase -- the English Premier League’s Tottenham Hotspur. While it’s unclear how long this is something he’s been thinking about, it seems that the opportunity presented itself rather suddenly. Football365 reports that the team’s current owner was hit with fraud charges in the United States which may force him to sell the team. Enter Mr. Carter, who investors are reportedly eager to back should he want to put together an ownership bid.
