TeeRoy's 2 Cents:

  • Justice has been served.
  • This is going to do more than just derail his life and career. It might lead to Tory being deported and not allowed back into the country.
  • Free Tory!
  • The guy's just doing his job and saying what he's gotta say.
  • 10 years isn't nothing. Even if he only winds up doing a fraction of the sentence, it's a lot more than the probation-only sentence Tory was gunning for.
  • He played the stupidest game and won the stupidest prize.

A lawyer for Tory Lanez says the rapper is doing his best to keep his head up after being handed a 10-year-sentence.

Jose Baez told TMZ that Tory is feeling low after learning his fate. He says his client is having a hard time processing the 10-year bid, but has vowed to remain strong. Baez says Tory is counting on his faith in God and the support of friends, family and fans to keep him in God spirits as he serve this time.

There’s still a chance that the punishment gets knocked down. Baez notes that they are planning an appeal.
