Photo: Getty ImagesThe Missouri Supreme Court has upheld a state law that can send parents to jail if their child misses too much school. The law had been challenged by two mothers who were charged after their children each missed 15 days of school. They argued that the law, which requires that children attend school "on a regular basis", was too vague. The Court ruled that the parents received proper notice and "knowingly failed to cause their child to attend school".
