How many people in your life know any of your intimate secrets? Your partner, for sure. Maybe other family members. And probably your best friend. You know who else? Your house cleaner. Here are some things house cleaners have learned about their employers just by doing their job.
- You're battling alcoholism. Cleaners sometimes find hidden bottles of liquor -- a sure sign that someone has an addiction issue.
- Your sex life. Cleaners find birth control packaging, extra-large condoms, even sex toys.
- The state of your mental health. People leave out bottles of Xanax, OxyContin, Adderall, Klonopin and other drugs.
- If your life isn't nearly that glam. Your friends and co-workers might think you have it all, but cleaning people find all those pizza boxes, dirty laundry and mattresses without sheets.
