TeeRoy's 2 Cents:

  • Hot Girl Fall is in full effect.
  • Sometimes you need to have the confidence to bet on yourself when no one else will.
  • These labels are fumbling the bag, big time. Imagine having a chance to sign Thee Stallion and looking the other way.

Megan Thee Stallion is ready to bet on herself.

After a public split with former label 1501 Certified Entertainment, Meg revealed that she is now independent as she gears up to drop her next album. Meg told the Hotties, “This part of my album is very much so funded by Megan Thee Stallion because we’re trying to get off… Y’all know what’s the tea. But I have no label right now. So, the budget is coming from me. Mother[effing] Hot Girl Productions! The next [stuff] y’all about to see is all straight from Megan Thee Stallion’s brain and Megan thee Stallion’s wallet. We are in my pockets, hotties, so let’s do our big one.”

A little later in her Instagram Live, Meg elaborated, clarifying, “It’s really just me this go around until we sign to a new label. But I don’t want to sign to a new label right now because I just want to do it myself.”
