In New York, Governor Kathy Hochul recently announced a $75 million grant meant to help secure places of worship and support police departments responding to the uptick in reports of antisemitic attacks. She said, "The cruely by New Yorkers against New Yorkers must stop." New York City Mayor Eric Adams called it an "erosion of who we are as New Yorkers."
