This might mess with your resolution to eat healthier … Girl Scout Cookie season officially started this week, so if you don't want to be tempted to buy boxes of Thin Mints or Samoas, you better avoid supermarket entrances and that pushy co-worker selling for her daughter's troop. For everyone else, go ahead and stock up on your favorites. But if you're looking forward to seeing what the new flavor is this year, you're going to be a little disappointed – because there isn't one. The Girl Scouts are sticking with the classics this year, like Thin Mints, Trefoils, Do-si-dos, and Tagalongs. Last year's newbie, the Raspberry Rally, quickly sold out and many who wanted them were either out of luck, or forced to pay an exorbitant amount of money on the secondary money. So, the Girl Scouts appear content with avoiding any similar problems this year and just sticking with the traditional faves.
