• It's kind of surprising that she wasn't able to protect her own interests better in this agreement, considering she was already somewhat rich and famous when they got married. 
• It's a little late for all of this. There's a reason it's called a prenup.

Jeezy’s estranged wife says the judge shouldn’t enforce a previously executed prenuptial agreement between the former couple. The TV personality argues that Jeezy sprung the prenup agreement on her less than a week before their wedding, citing the “abbreviated negotiation window” as raising significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process, and each party’s “full and fair disclosure” of their financial positions.
