  • Those Bad Boy lawyers are gonna be billing a bunch of overtime.
  • Sometimes cutting corners can cost you in the long run.
  • Where there's smoke, there's fire.
  • It's hard to say whether Diddy actually ripped the guy off without hearing the original song.

Diddy’s legal problems continue to grow by the day.

The latest lawsuit against the disgraced mogul is from a man named Charles Kenyatta Junior. Kenyatta, who is an inmate at Collins Correctional Facility, alleges that Diddy infringed upon his trademarks and breached a contract when he put out a song called “Act Bad” last year.

Kenyatta alleges that his lawyer was in contact with Diddy, who wanted to sell “Act Bad” merchandise including T-shirts and hats. But Kenyatta says he never received nor had a chance to sign the contract, since he was locked up at the time. Even though the two parties never agreed to terms on paper, Kenyatta claims, “The defendant Sean Combs and John Doe had a scheme to illegally squeeze out Plaintiff Charles Kenyatta Junior from the contract.” He also alleges Diddy performed the song live, causing confusion as to the affiliation and connection between the parties.
