When it comes to getting in shape, who or what motivates you? According to a new survey, 60% said they are motivated to start exercising in 2024 to look good … for themselves. But people were realistic about how hard it is – especially when it comes to motivation. 48% said they were afraid they would lose motivation to exercise, with most saying they would need an extra push around the four-week mark.
