America steals from Dunkin'... A vegan doughnut shop on Long Island, New York, is getting slammed for ditching the ovens and just re-selling treats bought from its local Dunkin' Donuts location. Some customers are peeved that they were getting regular doughnuts instead of vegan ones, while others are angry because they doubled the price in the process. Michelle Siriani, the owner of vegan bakery Savory Fig, got called out by one customer who noticed that the questionable pastries quite literally looked straight off a Dunkin rack, complete with the brand's patented letter "D" sprinkles. Siriani denied selling regular doughnuts of any kind, but one local store bought an ingredient-testing kit and found that the formula was straight outta Dunkin'.
