 It may sound crazy, but with more people marrying later in life and bringing their own pets into the relationship, pet prenups are becoming a thing. They help decide who gets custody of the pets if things go south, who pays for food and vet bills, and even who makes medical decisions for them. According to data from online prenup company HelloPrenup, two-thirds of their clients have a pet at the time they're writing their prenup. And, of those, one-third include the pet in the agreement.
