While there is great cuisine all over the country, the top spot on the list belongs to Miami, Florida, which earned the top score for having the best selection of affordable restaurants that are rated at least 4.5 out of 5 stars. Surprisingly, New York City, Chicago, and New Orleans – which have always been known for great food – don't fall in the top 10.
